How To Treat Golfers Elbow

You have to make sure to take it easy with your arm and continue the stretching exercises that help keep the pain from coming back. This is especially important if the pain causes you to miss work. Put ice on your elbow if you find the pain returning. Then return to the doctor if it continues.
